Dr. Sidhartha Jandial is proud to be serving the coastal community of Half Moon Bay. His education consists of Bachelors in Biology (University of California, Riverside), Masters in Public Health (Loma Linda University), and Doctorates in Chiropractic (Life Chiropractic College West).
Dr. Jandial’s objective is to help patients achieve personal goals through chiropractic care. He specializes in reducing pain, increasing range of motion, and restoring proper joint biomechanics. Through the utilization of specific chiropractic techniques and therapies, he assists patients in maintaining good health. He believes in empowering patients to manage their own health through exercise, diet and ergonomics. Treating children, athletes, and adults of all ages allow him to fulfill his goal of serving the coast side community. He strives to provide the finest quality of chiropractic care.
Isabel Silveira joined Newbold Chiropractic in 2017 as the office and billing Manager. She enjoys using her skills to effectively handle the front office needs of patients, so that the doctor can focus on patient care.
She grew up in Hayward and Fremont, attended San Jose State University and graduated with her B.A. in Public Relations and a Minor in Portuguese. Before joining Newbold Chiropractic, she held jobs at Menlo College and Stanford University.
She is happily married to Manny, and they have 3 amazing sons, Dan, and twin sons, Adrian and Gabe. Her marriage brought her to the coast, where she has lived in Pacifica, Moss Beach, and Half Moon Bay.
In her spare time, she enjoys listening to music, dancing, camping, cooking for her family and friends, going to concerts and live theater. Some day, she hopes to travel the world!
Maryam has been living on the coast since 2015. She has been working here at Newbold Chiropractic since 2017. She grew up on the peninsula and went to San Francisco State University where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in business administration.
Her hobbies include traveling, camping, arts, crafts, biking and trying new recipes. She enjoys working with patients and is excited to meet new patients.
Farhana lives on the coast side with her husband and two beautiful children. She graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and had her own practice for 5 years. She has experience in remedial and therapeutic massage which includes; deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point technique, soft tissue stretching and strengthening, hydrotherapy, active release technique, myofascial release, prenatal and postnatal massage, lymphatic drainage and relaxation. Farhana continues to keep learning to add more tools to her toolbox to better help others toward their journey to wellness.
Christine has over 20 years of experience as a massage therapist. She performs deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, manual therapy, orthopedic massage, and sports massage. She specializes in integrated structural techniques helping patients with hip pain, frozen shoulder, sciatica, range of motion, TMJ and regain postural structure to name a few. She is a certified advanced Rolfer!
Christine graduated from the Katie Skill Center school of massage therapy in Oakland, CA. She also spent another 500 hours in studying tui na body work. Over the years she has taken courses from Art Riggs (certified advance Rolfer), James Walaski and other advanced manual therapy educators.
She looks forward to helping facilitate a lifestyle where patients live with less pain and enjoy life more!
