Continuing education at Loma Linda University, he pursued a Master's in Public Health (MPH). The MPH seamlessly integrated into his chiropractic philosophy, enriching his understanding of health beyond the individual.


The turning point came when Dr. Jandial witnessed the transformative power of chiropractic care in someone close to him. ​Isabel Silveira, Office & Billing Manager

Isabel Silveira became a part of Newbold Chiropractic in 2017, taking on the role of the office and billing manager. Her primary focus is efficiently managing the front office operations to cater to the needs of patients, allowing the doctor to concentrate on delivering quality care.

Having grown up in Hayward and Fremont, Isabel pursued her education at San Jose State University, where she earned her B.A. in Public Relations with a Minor in Portuguese. Before her tenure at Newbold Chiropractic, she gained valuable experience working at Menlo College and Stanford University.

Isabel is happily married to Manny, and together they have three wonderful sons – Dan, as well as twin sons Adrian and Gabe. Her journey through marriage has taken her to various coastal areas, including Pacifica, Moss Beach, and Half Moon Bay.

During her leisure time, Isabel finds joy in various activities such as listening to music, dancing, camping, cooking for her family and friends, attending concerts, and enjoying live theater. She harbors a dream of exploring different parts of the world someday.

Koko Kawasaki

Koko Kawasaki, Front Desk

Formerly a graphic designer, Koko's journey took a significant turn when her experience as a family caregiver for aging parents inspired her to pursue a Master’s Degree in Gerontology. Following the completion of her degree, she dedicated herself to working with organizations that support older adults, with a keen interest in expanding her knowledge in health and wellness.

During her leisure hours, Koko finds joy in various activities such as exercising, hiking, and traveling. She also cherishes moments spent with her husband and their cat, Tofu. Eager to contribute to the well-being of others, Koko is enthusiastic about meeting and assisting patients at Newbold Chiropractic.

Farhana Mirza, Certified Massage Therapist

Farhana resides on the coast with her husband and two wonderful children. A graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, she established her own practice, successfully running it for five years. Farhana possesses expertise in remedial and therapeutic massage, showcasing proficiency in various techniques such as deep tissue massage, sports massage, trigger point technique, soft tissue stretching and strengthening, hydrotherapy, active release technique, myofascial release, prenatal and postnatal massage, lymphatic drainage, and relaxation.

Committed to ongoing learning, Farhana actively seeks to enhance her skills and expand her knowledge. Her dedication to continuous improvement reflects her desire to offer a diverse set of tools to better assist others on their journey to wellness.


Marie Rude Massage

Marie Rude, Certified Massage Therapist

Marie, a certified Massage Therapist since 2015, completed her 900-hour program at the National Holistic Institute in San Jose, CA. Additionally, she holds certification in the ancient Eastern energy healing modality of Reiki from the HCH Institute in Lafayette. Committed to enhancing well-being, Marie tailors her approach to individual needs, offering anything from a soothing Swedish massage for stress relief to addressing stubborn knots. Proficient in Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, and more, she continually expands her expertise with new techniques and holistic healing methods. Marie's primary goal is to contribute to her patients' overall well-being, ensuring they always feel their best.

Christine Huey, Certified Massage Therapist

With over two decades of experience as a massage therapist, Christine brings a wealth of expertise to her practice. Proficient in various techniques including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, manual therapy, orthopedic massage, and sports massage, she offers a comprehensive approach to healing.

Specializing in integrated structural techniques, Christine focuses on aiding patients dealing with conditions such as hip pain, frozen shoulder, sciatica, range of motion issues, and TMJ, helping them regain postural structure, among other concerns. Notably, she holds certification as an advanced Rolfer, showcasing her commitment to advanced therapeutic approaches.

Christine is a graduate of the Katie Skill Center school of massage therapy in Oakland, CA, and has dedicated an additional 500 hours to studying tui na bodywork. Continuously expanding her knowledge, she has taken courses from renowned educators like Art Riggs (certified advanced Rolfer) and James Walaski.

Eager to make a positive impact, Christine looks forward to helping her patients adopt a lifestyle characterized by reduced pain and enhanced enjoyment of life.
