Sidhartha Jandial, M.P.H., D.C., Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Sidhartha Jandial is proud to be serving the coastal community of Half Moon Bay. His education consists of Bachelors in Biology (University of California, Riverside), Masters in Public Health (Loma Linda University), and Doctorates in Chiropractic (Life Chiropractic College West).

Dr. Jandial’s objective is to help patients achieve personal goals through chiropractic care. He specializes in reducing pain, increasing range of motion, and restoring proper joint biomechanics. Through the utilization of specific chiropractic techniques and therapies, he assists patients in maintaining good health. He believes in empowering patients to manage their own health through exercise, diet and ergonomics. Treating children, athletes, and adults of all ages allow him to fulfill his goal of serving the coast side community. He strives to provide the finest quality of chiropractic care.


​Isabel Silveira, Office & Billing Manager

Isabel Silveira joined Newbold Chiropractic in 2017 as the office and billing Manager. She enjoys using her skills to effectively handle the front office needs of patients, so that the doctor can focus on patient care.

She grew up in Hayward and Fremont, attended San Jose State University and graduated with her B.A. in Public Relations and a Minor in Portuguese. Before joining Newbold Chiropractic, she held jobs at Menlo College and Stanford University.

She is happily married to Manny, and they have 3 amazing sons, Dan, and twin sons, Adrian and Gabe. Her marriage brought her to the coast, where she has lived in Pacifica, Moss Beach, and Half Moon Bay.

In her spare time, she enjoys listening to music, dancing, camping, cooking for her family and friends, going to concerts and live theater. Some day, she hopes to travel the world!


Maryam Mashhoon, Front Desk

Maryam has been living on the coast since 2015. She has been working here at Newbold Chiropractic since 2017. She grew up on the peninsula and went to San Francisco State University where she graduated with a bachelors degree in business administration.

Her hobbies include traveling, camping, arts, crafts, biking and trying new recipes. She enjoys working with patients and is excited to meet new patients.

​Holly Bard, LMT

Holly was born, raised, and lives in La Honda, with her two children. She has been a full time massage therapist since 2009. After working at high end spas, she taught massage, anatomy, and kinesiology at National Holistic Institute in San Jose. Before coming back to the coastal community to work for Newbold Chiropractic, she was a massage therapist at Google, where she focused on pain and stress relief for the tech industry employees. She truly enjoys working with the tight knit coastal community of Half Moon Bay.

She loves the ability of being able to see her clients on a regular basis to focus on relieving pain and range of motion problems. She uses a variety of modalities including Myofascial, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapies, Thai and Shiatsu. Along with massage, she includes home care regimens, stretching ideas, and anatomy knowledge to help her clients take their care home with them. Her passion in life is to help her clients feel their best and create a plan for a holistic path to wholeness and happiness.


Jilliane Zito, LMT

Jilliane was raised in Chicago and has lived in the Bay Area since 2004. She started her journey with massage therapy in 2009 and has never looked back.

After graduating from National Holistic Institute she worked as a massage therapist in an OB/GYN office performing prenatal massages. She later provided massage therapy at spas, fitness centers, in conjunction with physical therapists and chiropractors. Jilliane has extensive training and certification in prenatal massage, deep tissue, Swedish relaxation and sports recovery.

She looks forward to helping facilitate a happy and healthy way of life through massage therapy. She currently resides in Pacifica with her husband and 14 year old son. On her days off she enjoys hiking with her rescue dogs as well as kayaking in the harbor.
